Our reception is available for our guests from 0-24 hours all year round.
Rooms are available for check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and we ask you to leave until 10:00 on the day of departure.
One key card per adult is given to one room. If the Guest loses his card during his stay at the Hotel, he/she is obliged to inform the reception immediately. Upon departure, the card is kindly requested to be handed in at the Reception. The compensation fee in case of loss or damage to the key card is 2 500 HUF/card.
Upon check-in, we provide one towel card per person, against which you will receive the towels in the wellness area, which must be returned every day in the wellness area. After returning the towel, the Guest will receive the card back, which can be used to request another towel the next day. Please return your towel card at the Hotel Reception upon
departure. The fee in case of non-return of the towel card on departure is 5 000 HUF/card.
Only guests registered upon arrival can stay in the hotel rooms. If a visitor arrives, please inform the reception.
Free camera-monitored parking is available for our guests on the territory of the hotel.
Parking is allowed only in the designated parking areas.
It is forbidden to take out of the rooms any facility of the hotel.
The facilities of the hotel must be used for their intended purpose.
The hotel cleans the room once a day from 10:00 to 15:00. During this period, if the room cleaners find warning sign "Do not disturb!" on the outside handle of the room, they will not be cleaning the room and the Guest will not be entitled to any reduction or compensation.
Damage to the hotel, intentionally or due to improper use, shall be compensated by the person who caused the damage or his or her legal representative After departure, the rooms are inspected. In case of damage or destruction noticed after departure, the guest will be held financially responsible.
Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not disturb them by being noisy. Pay particular attention to each other's privacy between 10:00 p.m. and 06:00 a.m.
The staff of the Hotel has the right to warn the misbehaving and/or noisy Guest. The first warning is free of charge, for the second and third warnings the Hotel will charge the room bill of the warned Guest with an amount of 5.000 HUFeach. After the third warning, the Hotel is entitled to unilaterally terminate the Hotel Contract with immediate effect andimmediately expel the Guest from the hotel without any obligation of repayment and/or compensation.
The entire building of the hotel, including the guest rooms, is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated smoking areas outside the hotel building. In the case of smoking in hotel rooms and in prohibited places, the guests may be obliged to pay 30 000 HUF of compensation. The ban applies to both electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products.
We are not able to serve spirits for people under 18 years of age on the territory of the hotel.
We welcome small pets in our hotel, but they are not allowed to enter the wellness area and the restaurant.
In the public areas of the hotel there is an electronic monitoring system for property protection and security purposes.
Compliance with fire and accident protection rules is mandatory for all guests.
It is forbidden to store flammable explosive materials in the hotel room, to operate a coffee maker, water heater, iron and other electrical appliances brought from home.
We ask you to visit our restaurant properly dressed.
Taking food and beverage from the restaurant is not allowed.
No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be taken into the hotel. For alcoholic beverages taken in the hotel, regardless of the quantity, we will charge a service fee based on the margins applied by the hotel.
Food and non-alcoholic drinks not purchased in the hotel can be consumed by our guests only and solely in the hotel room.
Please hand in found objects at the reception.
Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any valuables left in the room. It is recommended that the room and the windows be closed when leaving the room. A safe solution to protect your small valuables is offered by the room safe.
In the case of cash, securities, valuables, the hotel is only obliged to compensate for the damage incurred if the hotel has accepted them for safekeeping or refused to accept them for safekeeping.
The hotel has the right to terminate the accommodation service contract with immediate effect if the guest does not use the room provided for its intended purpose (or other areas of the hotel or other facilities) or does not comply with the hotel's safety rules and regulations.
Finally, we kindly ask our guests to inform the reception without delay of any comments regarding the operation of the hotel, the hotel room or the behaviour of other guests, so that, if possible, the solution can be reached as quickly as possible.
