Booking conditions
- Appointment: In the event of a delay, we will not be able to adhere to the scheduled treatment time, due to the interests of the next guest.
- Arrival: Arrive at the spa 5 minutes before the massage services.
- Change the appointment: Changing the time of treatment is possible depending on availability.
- Cancellation: Cancellation of the appointment of treatment is free of charge on the day before the treatment. In case of cancellation on the day of treatment, or non-cancellation 100% of the price of the treatment will be charged.
- Wear: You can wear your own dry swimsuit or underwear when attending our massage treatments. Disposable underwear can be provided upon request, and you are also allowed to wear no clothes. For body scrubs or wraps, it is recommended to wear no clothes or use disposable underwear as convenient for you.
- Disease, allergy: In case of any existing disease or allergy, please check with our treatment colleague prior to treatment.
